We are seeking talented sales professionals who are passionate about making money and advancing their careers.You will help customers select and purchase a wide variety of wireless communication devices and accessories. This is a great opportunity to join a growing company where your career goals can be established, achieved, and celebrated.Job Duties:Perform face-to-face quality sales at various field locations, and the retail storeUnderstand and be compliant with government programs, such as California Lifeline and Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP)Generate sales by offering wireless prepaid products, upgraded handset offers, data top-up, and special promotional offers.Provide professional and friendly customer service to existing customers and assist in troubleshooting handset issues or answering general questionsProcess top-up payments, devices, and accessory purchasesFollow proper cash handling procedures and accurate cash reportingAvailable to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidaysHelp maintain presentable field set-ups by displaying all productsAssist in keeping track of physical inventory and providing daily reports of sales activityAchieve and exceed monthly individual sales goalsComplete special projects and perform other duties as assigned by managerHandle and resolve customer service issuesOther duties as assignedMUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK WEEKENDSRequired Qualifications:Education Level: High School Diploma, GED1 - 2 years of face-to-face customer serviceBasic computer knowledge and basic knowledge of using a tabletDependable transportationExcellent communication skills (verbal and written)Preferred Qualifications:1 - 2 years' sales experienceFully Bilingual (Spanish/English)Telecommunications backgroundWorks well under pressure within a competitive team environmentRetail, sales or other customer service-related experiencesPhysical Job Demands:Primarily work outdoor/field locationsAbility to stand/sit for long periods of timeAbility to travel to field locations assigned.Ability to set-up and transport field sales materials: table/tent/posters/inventory/etc.Work outdoors for special eventsMust be able to type on a computer keyboard or tabletMust be able to lift/move 30 poundsMust be able to drive a vehicleMust be able to stand for long periodsBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingMedical insurance, including PPO & HSADental insuranceVision insuranceFlexible Spending Account(s)Free Life & Long-Term Disability InsuranceFree Identity Theft Protection & Travel AssistanceAccess to corporate discount programFlexible schedulePaid time off (sick, bereavement, and Flex PTO)Parental leaveby Jobble
