Verizon TruConnect. As an Customer Success Representative, you will
receive comprehensive, hands-on training in effective direct sales
techniques and in-depth knowledge of Verizon TruConnect services.
This program develops your essential communication and persuasive
skills, teaching you to identify needs and present tailored
solutions. You will master efficient enrollment processes and
ethical sales practices, ensuring a seamless customer journey. This
ensures you are fully prepared to meet sales targets and make a
significant positive impact in the community, regardless of your
prior experience! Key Responsibilities of the Customer Success
Representative Participate actively in a structured, comprehensive
sales training program designed for individuals with no prior
experience. Shadow experienced Sales Agents in the field to observe
and learn best practices in direct customer engagement and
enrollment. Learn to present Verizon TruConnect phone and internet
service benefits, including government programs. Practice
conducting eligibility assessments to identify potential customers
for essential service programs under mentorship. Assist in guiding
qualified individuals through the enrollment process, accurately
completing applications and necessary documentation. Develop core
objection-handling skills to confidently address customer questions
and overcome common concerns. Accurately document all sales
interactions and customer information within our CRM system,
learning proper data management. Collaborate closely with your
mentor and team members in daily sales meetings and coaching
sessions to review progress and refine techniques. Gain
foundational product knowledge of Verizon TruConnect services and
relevant program regulations. Contribute to a positive and
supportive team environment, celebrating successes and learning
from challenges. Learn to manage sales materials and resources
effectively for daily field operations. Represent Alvearium
Marketing and Verizon TruConnect professionally and ethically in
all community interactions.
