Job Description:
Circle of Friends Child Development Center is seeking a
passionate and experienced Site Director to lead the daily
operations and educational excellence of our early childhood
program. The Site Director serves as the primary leader on campus,
responsible for cultivating a positive workplace culture,
supporting staff development, ensuring high-quality instruction,
and maintaining compliance with all applicable regulations. This
role focuses on people leadership, program quality, and family
relationships , ensuring that children, families, and staff
experience a safe, supportive, and thriving learning environment.
The Site Director works collaboratively with administrative
leadership to ensure that Circle of Friends continues to deliver
exceptional early childhood education and community-centered
services. Compensation details: 78000-83200 Yearly Salary
