Our Client is offering the following salary and benefits:

• $193,00 to $290,000 Depending on Experience
• Production Incentive Plan
• Full Benefits (health, vision, dental)
• 4 weeks of PTO plus 9 paid holidays
• Licensure Dues Paid
• $15,000 Relocation
• $5,000 for CME's
• Life Insurance at 1.5X Annual Income
• LTD
• $5,000 Incentive if Board Certified
• Profit Sharing
• $500 Bonus Per Month for Supervision of Mid-Level Providers
  Requirements:
  • California Medical License - Current, Active and in Good Standing
  • Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Family Practice, Internal Medicine or Pediatrics
  • Current Residents of an Accredited Residency Program May Apply Prior to Graduating from the Program
  • Current DEA & NPI
  • Current CPRResponsibilities:
    • Monday – Friday (8am-5pm)
    • No Nights, No call, No Rounding
    • 20 Patients per Day/ 400 Patients Per Month
    • Supervises Family Nurse Practitioner , Physician Assists
