Requirements:Summary: The Registered Dental Hygienist supports dental care by assisting with hygiene patients and virtual care.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Performs all functions as permitted by the Dental Board of California for a Registered Dental Hygienist
• Performs ancillary functions of dental assisting, as needed, including but not limited to: Assists the doctor in procedures as needed Operates x-ray equipment and takes x-rays Prophy's teeth Instructs patients on oral hygiene Charts cavities and teeth with the doctor Sterilizes instruments
  Supervisory Responsibilities: This job has supervisory duties over other Back Office employees on days the office is performing "Teledentistry" services.

    Education and/or Experience: Three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferred.
    Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of basic office equipment such as: computer, internet, email, copy and fax machines, and telephone.
    Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Active Hygiene License and BLS/CPR certification.
