ACLS, AWHONN Intermediate, BLS, NRP required; AWHONN Advanced
preferred Must-Have: Labor and post-partum experience Description:
Hard-stop: Labor and post-partum experience is required. Will allow
4x12 upon request. Ratios 1:3. First-timers accepted. Block
scheduling: No. Candidates may float between units. RTO must be
included at the time of submission. Travelers must be willing to
work 2 out of the 3 major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and
New Year. Candidates can only submit to 1 location within the
region. Travelers may be expected to float between facilities
nearby the contracted location. Refusal to float may result in
termination of assignment. Additional housing options may be
needed, as availability may be limited. Modules are non-billable,
and the average time spent is around 16 hours. Travelers are
responsible for submitting monthly cell phone bills directly to the
agency if required for the assignment. References: Minimum of 2
supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the
last three years within a comparable specialty/setting are
required. Completion of modules is self-reported and recorded.
