Prepare the operating room by setting up surgical instruments and
equipment Assist surgeons and anesthesiologists during procedures
Monitor patients vital signs and respond to any intraoperative
changes Maintain sterile environment and adhere to infection
control protocols Provide post-operative care and patient education
Qualifications and Desired Experience: Current and valid RN license
with Operating Room experience Strong knowledge of surgical
procedures, instrumentation, and aseptic techniques Ability to work
collaboratively with surgical teams and adapt in fast-paced
environments Attention to detail and excellent critical thinking
skills Effective communication skills for patient care coordination
