Job Description Seeking a PRN Speech Therapist for a skilled
nursing facility in Gridley, CA, dedicated to providing
high-quality care for short-term and long-term residents. Supervise
assistants, rehab aides, and students following safety and
regulatory guidelines. Develop and implement treatment plans to
achieve optimal patient outcomes. Educate staff, healthcare
professionals, and payers on intervention benefits. Complete
documentation accurately and timely, including evaluations and
progress notes. Participate in care plan meetings, rehab
discussions, and family training. Make appropriate referrals within
the rehab team and ensure safety at all times. Maintain licensure,
certification, and compliance with regulations. Qualifications
include an active Speech-Language Pathology License, CPR
certification, and good standing with licensing boards. Must be
professional, organized, and fluent in English. No remote work;
positions available full-time or part-time with pay ranging from
$65-$80 per hour, plus benefits like 401(k) matching and flexible
