operate complex stationary and mobile diagnostic equipment -
Experience in preparing for and assisting physicians in diagnostic
and/or guidance imaging procedures - Excellent communication skills
to explain procedures, medications, or contrast media to alleviate
patient anxiety - Flexibility for varied call nights/weekends and
rotating weekends Description: The Interventional Radiology
Registered Nurse will operate complex diagnostic equipment. They
will ensure that routine and priority tasks are completed within
established departmental time frames. The nurse will prepare for
and assist physicians in a variety of diagnostic and guidance
imaging during invasive procedures. This role involves explaining
and educating patients on procedures and medications clearly and
professionally. The nurse will work in a fast-paced environment
with varied days off. They should be prepared for rotation on
weekends and varied night calls. Candidates must provide copies of
required certifications at the time of application. Two references
from the last year are also required for consideration. Candidates
must have the ability to travel 50 miles for the position. Epic
charting experience is preferred. Background history should be
