Provide direct patient care in medical-surgical and telemetry
settings. Monitor and assess patient vital signs and health status.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Participate in continuous professional development and training
programs. Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement
care plans. Educate patients and families on health management and
recovery. Adhere to safety and infection control protocols at all
times. Document patient care activities and outcomes accurately and
timely. Utilize data and metrics to evaluate patient care
effectiveness. Maintain a high level of visibility and
accountability in work activities. Engage in performance reviews
and set personal development goals. Assist in training and
mentoring new nursing staff as needed. Experience/Qualifications
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in California. Commitment to
continuous professional development and learning. Experience in
medical-surgical and telemetry nursing environments. Proficiency in
administering medications and treatments as prescribed. Strong
ability to monitor and assess patient vital signs effectively.
Excellent communication skills for patient and family education.
Familiarity with safety and infection control protocols. Ability to
collaborate effectively with healthcare teams. Strong documentation
skills for patient care activities. Willingness to mentor and train
