CARF-Accredited Healthcare Facility Treating Opioid Addiction with
Methadone and Buprenorphine searching for a Licensed Vocational
Nurse (LVN) to fill the position of a Medication Nurse . Hours are
generally 6am-2:30pm Monday-Friday. The clinic is also open on
Saturday's and some Holiday's. This position will help cover
Saturday's and Holiday's (7am-11am) on a rotating basis.
Competitive pay and benefits. Full-time only. We have 2 locations
that this position would potentially cover. Mid-Town Sacramento
and/or West Sacramento (Industrial and Enterprise Blvd) Examples of
Work Performed: Briefly assess and dispense daily doses of
methadone, buprenorphine, and other medication as prescribed.
Routinely maintains records to account for medication stock and
reconciles inventory. Notes patients general conditions and records
in file as necessary. Takes and enters orders in the EHR from
physicians Delivers medications to Jails, Nursing homes, etc. as
required
