Occupational Therapist Location: Rancho Cordova, CA Agency: Thrive Staffing Pay: $2,103 to $2,297 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/28/2026 About the Position Job Title: OT (Occupational Therapist), Rehab City/State: Rancho Cordova, California Shift: AllH Days M-F 0830-1700, 8 Hour Days, 08:00:00-16:00:00 Contract Length: 91 weeks Start Date: 04/28/2026 Job Description: Occupational Therapist needed for a rehab unit, covering an area including north-eastern Sacramento into Folsom. Average of four visits per day, including a mix of evaluations and revisits. Mileage paid per GSA guidelines. Responsibilities: Conduct evaluations and revisits, averaging four visits per day Complete required documentation and charting using the Cerner system Adhere to home health protocols and mileage reporting requirements Requirements: 2 years experience in a healthcare setting required BLS & NPI certifications; CA OT license required Current driver's license and proof of automobile insurance required for HH Requirements Required for Onboarding BLS Core Mandatory Part III
