Minimum Requirements Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college. Active California COTA license is required to start the assignment. BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred. Documentation and electronic medical record experience preferred. Ability to work with geriatric populations and common post-acute conditions preferred.
