Job Description:

Well respected Healthcare facility in Sacramento is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) for a Mobile clinic position where you will go out to the community to provider services.

Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
Full-time, M-F. 40hrs a week (8hrs days)
State of the art Mobile medicine program
Will be going out into the community to set up clinics as well as at school sites
Will be doing sports & wellness physicals, sick visits, and new patient appointments, but will not establish care on mobile
Typically see approx. 24 ppd
See all ages
At least 2+ years Primary Care outpatient experience
Salary range 130-170k depending on experience, full benefits and eligible for Loan Repayment through HRSA
