Estate Attorney in Woodbridge, VA! An established firm based in
Arlington with over 40 years in practice is seeking a C ommercial
Real Estate Attorney with 3-8 years of experience to join their
team in a hybrid work arrangement for their office in Arlington.
This Attorney will have experience with commercial real estate
transactions, acquisitions and dispositions, development,
financing, and leasing , ensuring compliance with relevant laws and
regulations while representing clients in both transactional and
advisory matters. Offer : Salary range: $150,000-$200,000 ,
contingent on experience, with the potential for higher
compensation for exceptionally strong candidates. The firm offers a

attorney in good standing, licensed to practice law in Virginia or
able to obtain admission promptly. DC and MD preferred and will be
considered. The candidate must have 3-8 years of experience focused
on commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions,
dispositions, financing, development, and leasing. The candidate
must have experience drafting and negotiating purchase and sale
agreements, commercial leases, loan documents, and related real
estate contracts. The candidate must demonstrate a strong
understanding of title, survey, and due diligence review for
commercial properties. The candidate must possess excellent
drafting, analytical, and problem-solving skills with strong
attention to detail. The candidate must be able to manage multiple
transactions and deadlines in a fast-paced environment while
maintaining high-quality work product. The candidate must have
strong interpersonal and communication skills and be comfortable
working directly with clients, lenders, developers, and other
transaction parties. The candidate must be a team player who can
collaborate effectively with colleagues across practice groups.
Responsibilities : The Attorney will handle commercial real estate
transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, development
projects, and financing from initial term sheet through closing.
The Attorney will draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale
agreements, commercial leases, loan documents, easements,
covenants, and related real estate documents. The Attorney will
conduct and coordinate due diligence, including title and survey
review, zoning and land use review, and resolution of related
issues. The Attorney will advise clients on legal risks and
strategies relating to commercial real estate ownership,
development, financing, and leasing. The Attorney will work closely
with developers, owners, investors, lenders, and commercial tenants
on a wide range of real estate matters. The Attorney will manage
transaction timelines and coordinate with opposing counsel, title
companies, lenders, and other third parties to ensure smooth and
timely closings. The Attorney will prepare memoranda, opinion
letters, and other written work product to support client
decision-making. The Attorney will maintain strong client
relationships by providing responsive, practical, and
