Attorney – Sacramento Area An established and reputable criminal
defense law firm is currently seeking one (1) full-time attorney to
join our team in the Sacramento area and surrounding counties. We
handle a broad range of criminal cases, from misdemeanors to
serious felonies. As a member of our team, you will be assigned
entire cases with support from the firm. You will also be expected
to cover specific cases independently, including court appearances,
motions, negotiations, and trials. Position Requirements: Must have
felony trial experience Must have substantial experience handling
criminal defense matters Ability to manage a case from initial
appearance through trial and disposition Strong courtroom presence,
professionalism, and client communication skills Licensed and in
good standing with the California State Bar Responsibilities:
Handle a variety of criminal cases (misdemeanors to serious
felonies) Conduct legal research, draft motions, negotiate plea
deals Appear in court regularly throughout Sacramento and nearby
counties Collaborate with the firm's legal and administrative staff
