Location Status: Work will be primarily performed at a designated field worksite location based out of a central Race Communications worksite. Occasional travel to and work from other Race offices or other off-site locations will be required. You will possess strong leadership skills, a proven track record in sales management, and the ability to develop and implement innovative sales approaches. This individual should be able to communicate and work effectively with external service representatives and internal team members who possess a wide variety of backgrounds, personalities, and communication skills. participates in the investigation process as neededTravels to multiple service locations across California and occasionally beyond, including during adverse weather conditions, while adhering strictly to safety protocolsCommutes extensively by vehicle daily, both indoors and outdoors, to visit Race clients' businesses and/or residencesFlexibility to work overtime, including nights and weekends, as necessaryLead Responsibilities: Leads and supports employees with Safety and Compliance matters within multiple departments in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable lawsAs this role develops, lead responsibilities may include direct supervision of subordinates, along with interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
